Cross-Boundary Coach Service Arrangements
for November 14, 2024 (Thursday)
No. 3 Strong Wind Signal will be in force
at 10:20 as announced by The HK Observatory. Services will resume gradually after No. 3
signal is hoisted, please refer to arrangement as follows:
Limousine Services
Service resumed normal within 2 hours after
No. 3 Signal hoisted
Southbound and Northbound Shenzhen Bay
Port Services
Coach services to and from Shenzhen Bay
Port will gradually resume service from 12:20 onwards
Long-Haul Services to and from Mainland
Service resumed normal within 2 hours after
the signal is lowered.
Liantang Port
Service resumed normal within 2 hours after
the signal is lowered.
Hong Kong Macao Express
The service from Prince Edward Shanghai
Street to Macau will resume at 13:20.
Zhuhai Port Services
Services to and from Zhuhai Port will
gradually resume from 14:00 onwards
Shenzhen to Macau Services
Service resumed normal within 2 hours after
the signal is lowered.
Retail and Ticketing centers
Retail and Ticketing centers will resume
operations within two hours after the signal is lowered.
Regarding Ticket Refunds/Changes
If passengers purchase tickets through the
official WeChat Mini Program or Alipay Mini Program, tickets for official
cancelled schedules will be automatically refunded within seven days through
WeChat Pay or Alipay; passengers are not required to apply for a refund.
If the coach schedules are officially
cancelled due to the typhoon, passengers can process refunds or change the
schedule at the original ticket purchase point within seven days.
No handling fees will be charged for the
affected coach schedules within seven days If fees incurred, please contact our
customer service hotline.
